You can begin today, regardless of past experience or level of fitness. Each CrossFit WOD focuses on proper execution to achieve a well-rounded level of cardio, strength, and endurance.

1 min wall shoulder openers

With a mid weight dumbell:
2 sets
5 deadlifts+ 5 high pulls+ 5 hang cleans + 5 jerks each arm
5 burpees over the dumbell
Metcon (Time)
Optional Active Recovery
5 Rounds:
30/21 Calorie Row or 25/20 cal bike or 400 mts Run
20 Single Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerks
10 Lateral Burpees Over Dumbbell

30 min cap
Today's optional active recovery piece is a 5-round triplet workout
It is designed to be completed at a steady recovery pace, not for time
You'll switch hands every 5 reps for the dumbbell hang clean and jerks
Choose a weight you can complete the 20 reps with no more than 1 break
